We are called to embrace God’s transformation of our lives and to serve and grow as compassionate witnesses of God’s love and grace.

Community Dinner:  Friday, July 24 at 6:30
Please join us for a spaghetti dinner on July 24 at 6:30.  This free will offering dinner will benefit Dismas House.  Reservations are requested and can be made by signing up in the Narthex or calling the church office at 508-832-3427 before Sunday, July 19th.  We welcome your help in setting up, cleaning up, preparing or serving.  Please see Christina Nelson if you are able and wish to help.

Harvest Fair
Six enthusiastic people were in attendance at our first Harvest Fair planning meeting.  The Bethel Fair is one of the best fall events in town, and we are looking forward to celebrating this special time of fellowship and community outreach again this coming November.  We are looking for people to help coordinate and lead in a project such as making wreaths, holiday crafts, simple woodworking, knitting, or quilting, as well as making jams, pickles, fudge, pies, candy, and other specialty foods.  If you have special craft and/or cooking talents or ideas that groups of people will have fun doing together, then this is a time to share those special gifts in support of our church family.  Our next meeting will be Tuesday, July 28th at 6:00.  Please mark your calendar and join us to help choose group projects and schedule dates and times for these craft and cooking activities.  All are welcome.  With everyone’s helping hands, we will make this year’s Harvest Fair a fun and exciting celebration of God’s good gifts.  If you wish to help in any area of the fair, we encourage you to join us on July 28th or contact Judy Sampson or Marie Sturdevant.
